The Judith Neilson Foundation is seeking an experienced and strategic Program Director to oversee and strengthen our Australia Portfolio. Reporting to the CEO and joining the Executive Team, this role holds accountability for shaping and delivering a portfolio focused on strengthening services, backing First Nations leadership and improving access to justice for women and girls.
This is a significant opportunity for a seasoned philanthropic leader with strong strategic judgment, grantmaking experience and the ability to build trusted relationships across government, community and sector stakeholders.
The position is based in Sydney and includes travel within Australia.
