Older Women’s Network

Older women are the fastest growing group at risk of homelessness in Australia, with many locked out of the workforce due to age discrimination and interrupted careers. This leaves many older women with inadequate superannuation and limited financial security.

The Older Women’s Network is tackling this growing problem through Employment Pathways for Older Women, a program providing personalised career support for women over 50 in NSW and the ACT.

By combining one-on-one coaching, skills development and connections with inclusive employers, the program helps women build confidence, secure meaningful work and create a stable future. Our partnership supports this women-led approach to increasing financial independence and reducing the risk of poverty and homelessness.
